You can add a prescription to any pair of sunglasses you like in our catalog. Our website will walk you through the process.
How do I submit my prescription?
You will be given the option to submit a prescription at checkout. Don’t worry if you don’t have that information immediately available - you can always submit your prescription later.
Not only that, one of our opticians will personally call you to double check your details before starting to cut your lenses.
What if I need help submitting my prescription?

Do I need to renew my prescription before I make my order?
That all depends on when you last saw your eye doctor. Unless otherwise specified on the Rx, your prescription is good for 2 years from your last eye exam date. A new prescription is unnecessary until then, unless you no longer see well with your existing prescription.
Do you offer bifocal and progressive lenses?
Yes. We offer many specialty lenses, including both bifocal and progressive lenses. Most frames and lens selections support bifocal and progressive lenses, and you will be able to choose these options when you checkout.
When will I get my order?
- Non Prescription glasses and frames take an average of 5-7 business days* to arrive
- Prescription glasses and lenses are generally delivered 2-3 weeks* from order date.
You may also choose to expedite your order by selecting the ‘Rush’ option at check-out . This option costs $20 fee, and delivery is 1-2 weeks* from order date.

Do your products come with a warranty, just in case?
All our products carry a two-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Please contact our customer service department to start the process.
“Defective” means breakage or damage caused to a product that was a result of defects in material or workmanship. To determine if breakage or damage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, it is necessary for us to evaluate each product on a case by case basis.
Our prescription lenses carry a two-year, one-time replacement warranty against surface scratching, or peeling from the date of purchase. Lenses will be replaced in the identical form. Scratches caused by improper care or abuse are not covered by this warranty. To replace lenses, please contact our customer services department.When applicable, credit will be issued after the original eyewear is received. Please contact our customer service department to receive a Return Authorization, and follow the Product Return Procedures described by the department to ensure prompt credit.
