You put a lot of thought into your choice of sunglasses. That's why our opticians put a lot of care into creating a quality pair we hope you love.
At Sunberry RX, we want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to either send you a different style, or issue you a full refund.
Not only that, but return shipping is completely FREE when you use our prepaid return shipping label.
Please be sure to:
- Keep your sunglasses in new condition
- Hang on to the original packaging they came in.

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
All exchanges and returns should be requested within 45 days.
How do I make a return?
- CREATE A FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL
Log in to your account and click My Account > Orders
PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
Place the sunglasses in their original packaging. Pack them, along with the return form, into a shipping envelope or box. Affix the prepaid shipping label, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is delivered to our facilities, it takes 5-7 business days to process your return.
After your return has been processed, provided that the item returned is in its original condition, you will be refunded via the same form of payment used to make your purchase.
For example, if you paid by credit card, the money will be returned to the same card.
How do I make an exchange?
- Call Us. Please note, we will only do an exchange by phone - we cannot accept exchange requests by email. This helps ensure your exchange goes smoothly and you receive the correct replacement item. Not sure yet which item you’d like as a replacement? Browse our catalog.
