We understand: it’s hard to imagine how a frame will look on when you’re viewing it from a computer screen. That’s why, if you love how a frame looks online, but are nervous buying before trying, we’ve got a solution. Our RISK FREE trial program lets you try on any frame you like.

How do I participate?

1. Choose your frame. You can shop our full line of options here.
2. Mark down the name of the item, its model #, as well as the color you’d like to try.
3. Contact Us to start the process. A customer representative will take down your mailing information as well as credit card details.

Why do you need my credit card information?

When we ship your trial pair, the cost of the pair is charged to your card. You are not charged any shipping fees.

How does the program work?

• We’ll ship you the frames FREE. You’ll pay only for the cost of the frames.
• Once you receive the frames, you’ll have 10 days to try them on and decide if these are the pair for you
• If you like your frames:Contact us. We’ll ask for your prescription details and send you a free return shipping label.
  You’ll ship the frames back to our lab, where we’ll cut and insert prescription lens into your new pair of glasses.
• If you do not like your frames:Contact us. We’ll send you a free return shipping label. Once your return is delivered to our facilities, it takes 5-7 business days to process your return.
  After your return has been processed, provided that the item returned is in its original condition, you will be refunded using the same form of payment original payment was made. 
  For example, if you paid by credit card, the money will be returned to the same card.
