We know how much thought goes into choosing the perfect pair of sunglasses. That’s why our opticians take great care in crafting high-quality prescription eyewear, and we want you to love your purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns easy. We offer free return shipping with a prepaid return label—because hassle-free returns are just part of the Sunberry RX experience. (Please note: Free return shipping is only available for U.S. orders. Unfortunately, we cannot provide prepaid labels for international returns.)
Return & Exchange Guidelines
To be eligible for a return, please:
- Keep your sunglasses in new, unworn condition
- Return them in their original packaging
How Long Do I Have to Return or Exchange?
You have 45 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
How to Return Your Sunglasses
1. Start Your Return
- Log in to your account and initiate your return request.
2. Prepare Your Package
- Place the sunglasses in their original case and packaging
- Include the return form inside the package
- Securely pack everything in a shipping box or envelope
- Affix the prepaid USPS return label (ensure no other labels are visible)
3. Ship It Back
- Drop off your return at any USPS Post Office
- Or, schedule a free at-home pickup through USPS
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return is delivered to our facility, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
- If the returned item meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Credit card refunds will be sent back to the same card used for purchase.
