Return & Exchange Policy

At Sunberry RX, we understand the care and consideration that goes into selecting the perfect pair of sunglasses. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you’re not completely happy, we make returns easy.

Return & Exchange Timeline

You have 45 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Start Your Return Request
    Log in to your account and submit a return request for approval.

  2. Return Approval
    Once we review your return request, we’ll notify you of its approval. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Prepare Your Package
    After receiving approval:

    • Place the sunglasses in their original case and packaging.
    • Include the return form inside the package.
    • Securely pack the sunglasses in a shipping box or envelope.
    • Attach the prepaid USPS return label to the package (ensure no other labels are visible).
  4. Return Shipping
    Drop off your package at any USPS Post Office, or you can schedule a free at-home pickup through USPS.

Refund Process

Once your return is delivered to our facility, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. If the return meets our criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timeframe
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

For faster processing, the best way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
